WHAT IS SHOW & TELEVISE?
Show & Televise is a brilliant way of making remote team members feel great about themselves … and closer to each other.
Remember ‘Show & Tell’ in Primary School? Where you’d bring an object of interest to you and tell your class about it?
Well this is a more meaningful, more advanced, more adult and more structured version of that.
You see, everybody has achievements they are proud of in their life ... but these are rarely shared with our work colleagues.
This means often the most important stories about ourselves, that reveal what REALLY matters to us … are kept secret from our colleagues.
Show & Televise is a chance for your team members to share these stories in a safe and structured way, in the secure and experienced facilitating hands of Darren.
Participants bring to the Virtual Happy Hour an object that represents their personal pride story. It could be a family heirloom. It could be an item of clothing or a souvenir of a trip. Or, perhaps, a photo of a someone.
Everyone then gets to share their pride stories in safe, intimate groups.
There’s more to it … but I can’t say too much, as my competitors might be reading!

Participants are asked to bring along an item that represents a story from their life that makes them proud. They will need to share the story behind the item with a few other people.
